- Alison Ticher Added 21/02/2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am extremely happy with the home care provided by Be Independent to my mother. I really feel she is known as an individual and that they will pull out all the stops to provide the support she needs, particularly if something unexpected happens, for example if she is unwell. The carers are kind, reliable and willing to do whatever is needed. In addition, the systems are efficient and we are able to access the carer rota online so we can see exactly who is coming and when. As I am living in a different country, I feel very fortunate to have the certainty that the home care my mother is getting is of such high quality.
